Imago is built so that your financial information never reaches us — this policy is short because there is almost nothing to disclose.

Your financial data

All app data (accounts, transactions, budgets, reports, goals) is stored locally in your browser on your device. It is never transmitted to Imago or to any third party.
The app operates with zero network egress: it makes no network requests containing your data. This is enforced by automated tests on every release.
License activation happens entirely offline using cryptographic verification inside your browser. The app has no telemetry, analytics, or tracking of any kind.
Backups are files you create and store yourself. We never receive them.

Purchases: checkout is processed by Stripe, which shares with us your email address and payment confirmation (never your card number) so we can deliver your license key and honor refunds. Stripe's own privacy policy governs their processing.
