Try before you buy
Imago offers a free 7-day trial of the complete app — no card, no account, no email required. Every feature is unlocked during the trial. We ask you to use it, because it is the fairest way for you to know exactly what you are buying before any money changes hands.
All sales are final
Imago is digital software delivered instantly. Because your license key is emailed within minutes of purchase and can be used immediately, purchases are non-refundable and there is nothing to return.
By completing checkout you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you waive any statutory withdrawal period that would otherwise apply — for example, the 14-day cooling-off period available to consumers in the EU and UK.
What we will always fix
A no-refund policy is not a no-support policy. Contact us and we will make these right, at no cost:
- You never received your license key. We will resend it immediately.
- Your key will not activate. We will diagnose it with you and issue a replacement key if needed.
- You were charged more than once. Duplicate charges are refunded in full, always.
- You were charged without authorizing it. Refunded in full, and tell us so we can investigate.
- A defect stops the app from working as described on this site. We will fix it or replace your license.
Before you dispute a charge
Please email us first — we are a small team and we answer personally, usually the same day. A chargeback takes weeks and can lock your license, while a direct reply usually resolves things within hours. Purchases appear on your statement as IMAGO.
